Importance of the Home
For too long, I fear, women in the church have listened to men rather than God. The women's liberation and feminist movements would have us believe that women who stay in the home are second class citizens compared to women with a career, a husband and children. And the only way to use all our talents, we must also have a career.
Let no one deceive you, I believe the highest calling for the Christian woman is to serve God first, second, if so blessed to be a wife and next, if so blessed, to be a mother. Any careful observer of the following message should see that the home is one of the finest institutions created by God with one of the greatest, awesome challenges:
A country hemorrhaging within
from moral decay and blatant sin,
Who puts its trust in lust and gold
shall fall as the Roman Empire of old.
To CURE the ills of disrespect,
TRAINING must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of deliquency,
PARENTING must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the church,
REVERING must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the school,
EDUCATING must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the prison,
DISCIPLINING must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the nation,
CITIZENSHIP must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the business place,
WORK ETHICS must first be taught at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the national debt,
STEWARDSHIP must first begin at HOME.
To CURE the ills of the world,
COMPASSION must first begin at HOME.
If that is not enough to make your head spin, wondering how she will get is all done in a 24 hour period. That is why she is given about 18 years to teach and train and mold. Then multiply it times the number of children she has. And a husband to keep happy too. Whew!!

You contradict yourself when you say women should listen to God and not man, and then say wives are to be under their husband's rule.
